Day or night, when an urgent call is received, our Escalation Services make sure you'll know about it. Your on-call staff will be sent a text message or called until confirmation of message receipt is received.

  • Additional scripting (questions or advice to callers) is quoted on a case-by-case basis and increases the pricing tabled above
  • There is a minimum term of 1 month
  • If you cancel your service, this will take effect at the end of the billing month
  • Your monthly included call allowance expires at the end of each month and does not roll over to the next month
  • You can send messages to additional pager or email recipients at no extra cost
  • Additional charges apply to upgrade to a 1300/1800 number
  • SMS messages sent to a group of mobiles are charged at $0.10 per message per mobile number
  • Local numbers provided by Vodafone remain the property of Vodafone and cannot be transferred. We strongly recommend you do not advertise this number
  • Ownership of 1300/1800 numbers can be transferred to you at the end of your contract
  • With Business Assistant plans, additional charges may apply for multiple transfer attempts on one call
