Please check your profile in Frontier and ensure your mobile number is up to date. If your mobile number / email isn’t current, please update it. Otherwise, from 29th November 2022 you won’t be able to log in to Frontier.

How long will the one-time code be valid for?

The code is valid for 5 minutes. If you don’t enter the code within 5 minutes, please request a new code. You can request 5 one-time codes within 60 minutes before you’ll be temporarily blocked.

Why do we need Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a specific type of multi-factor authentication that uses additional security measures to assist us in confirming your proof of identity. It is being implemented to help keep your personal data secure.

What should I do if my account is temporarily locked?

If you have trouble logging in to your account, please wait 60 minutes. If access is required urgently, please contact your Company Frontier Admin, TPG Account Manager or call 1300 175 224.

What should I do if I do not have access to my mobile phone and/or email address, when trying to log in?

If you do not have access to your mobile phone, by following the instructions on the 2FA screens, your One Time Password can be sent to your email address.

If you do not have access to email, by following the instructions on the 2FA screens (by going back), your One Time Password can be sent to your mobile phone.

If you do not have access to either your mobile phone or email address please contact your Company Frontier Admin, TPG Account Manager or call 1300 175 224.

What should I do if I receive an OTP which I have not initiated?

If you get an SMS or email advising that someone is trying to log in to your account, you must change your password immediately. You should also ensure that your password is secure, is not used on any other platforms, and is not shared with anyone else.

If you suspect you’ve been a victim of fraud, contact your financial institution/s immediately.
